Exhibitors are welcome to join the Belfast Harbor Fest festivities on Saturday and/or Sunday, August 20-21, 2022. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. All vendors should be set up before 8:30 a.m. All vendors must submit an application by August 1, 2023. First come, First Served. Space is limited.
Spaces are available outside the tent and inside the tent at Steamboat Park on a space-available basis, so please get your application in early. Food and other sales vendor spaces are 120 sq. ft. (12′ wide by 10′ deep). You must provide your own shelter, table, racks, etc. Electricity (110v) is available for a $20 additional charge with a limit of one access per exhibitor. You must provide your own heavy-duty extension cord.
Exhibitors who are selling food, services, goods of any kind must pay $75 for each space requested.
Exhibitors who are not selling anything are not charged a fee but must submit an application as space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
